Asia-Pacific stocks were mixed Wednesday, Nov. 8, as the Hong Kong and Japanese markets declined for the second session.

Among the Hang Seng Index constituents, full-line insurance company Ping An Ins of China 2318, -5.41% saw the largest drop in Hong Kong, as shares weakened 5.4% on Wednesday. Shares of building construction firm Longfor Group Holdings 960, +6.77% and motor vehicle dealing company Zhongsheng Group Holdings 881, +5.26% added 6.8% and 5.3%, respectively.
