February is finally here. Perhaps it's just me but I'm fighting the urge to go around shaking strangers' hands and say: "We made it - well done." For those doing 'Dry January', it may have felt even more like more like a test of endurance. But what if you're a pub or bar owner, or even a local brewery? In the last few weeks, Manchester's much-loved Squawk Brewing Company announced its closure, while Salford's Seven Bro7hers Brewing CO said it was calling time on its Liverpool Beerhouse.
