A Lancaster city man pleaded guilty Tuesday assauting two law enforcemnet foficers and the robbery of a Lancaster Co. business.

Thu, March 21st 2024 at 10:10 AMA Lancaster city man pleaded guilty Tuesday to assaulting two law enforcement officers and robbing a Lancaster County business.

Robertson was charged in October of 2022 after he entered a Turkey Hill on the 1000 block of Harrisburg Pike and took a cigar from behind the register without paying, the DA said.Robertson faced additional charges in December of 2022 after he attempted to rob a business on the 1300 block of Lititz Pike.

According to the DA, an officer with the Lancaster City Bureau of Police removed Robertson from a holding cell so he could sign for his property when Robertson punched the officer in the mouth.Then, on Sept. 5, 2023, Robertson left his prison cell without authorization when another inmate was let out to be seen by medical staff.
