Employers are adding jobs at a healthy clip and workers are getting inflation-adjusted wages, economists said.

The U.S. economy added 303,000 jobs in March, the largest gain in more than a year, the Bureau of Labor Statistics said in its monthly jobs report.It's a bit harder for workers to find jobs relative to the"great resignation" era a few years ago.

"There's still strong, broad-based job growth and real wage growth has been restored," Pollak said."I think that's very, very good news."
