A now former Loxley gas station employee is accused of videoing a little boy using the bathroom. Monday night, the businesses responded to the allegations.

The crime allegedly happened Saturday night at the CEFCO on Highway 90 and 59. John Plemons was an employee and arrested early Sunday.Police said he allegedly followed a 10-year-old little boy into the bathroom and videoed him from under the stall. Investigators said the child noticed the camera and told his mother who then called 911.“From my understanding, it was a brief action,” said Sgt. Zach Kuiken.
