MANILA/SINGAPORE -The Philippines' largest telecommunications group PLDT is in talks to sell up to 49% of its data centre business to Japan's Nippon Telegraph and Telephone , PLDT Chairman Manuel Pangilinan told Reuters on Tuesday.
