Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has welcomed the news that Hollywood actor Will Ferrell has become a minority shareholder in the Championship club. It emerged last weekend that Ferrell had bought a stake in the Whites, joining the list of celebrity investors at Elland Road.
Farke said: "We need each and every man; it’s always good! He's a great actor and we are all happy that he is on board. It's always good but I don’t think it will help us a lot at Norwich to bring the ball into the rectangle! "It says a lot about the calibre of the club. We have many well known and popular supporters. We are grateful and thankful for that because we need each and every man.
Farke's side take on his former club Norwich City in the Championship play-offs, having missed out on automatic promotion. The first leg is at Carrow Road on Sunday, kick-off noon, with the reverse fixture on Thursday, May 16. The winner of the two-legged tie will face either Southampton or West Bromwich at Wembley later this month.
