A 31-acre Denton business park has changed hands.Austin investment firm Pennybacker Capital was the equity partner on the Class A industrial development, which was completed in January 2023, while First United Bank provided financing.

GSR Andrade Architects was the architect, Kimley Horn was the engineer and Ridgemont Construction was the general contractor.High Street Logistics Properties is based in Massachusetts and has an office in Dallas, in addition to Atlanta, Chicago and Philadelphia. The firm acquired and developed more than $5.1 billion of industrial and logistics properties since it was founded in 2002.
