County median home prices had its second increase this year.

April was $177,500. This was an $13,600 from March, which saw home prices at $163,900. So far, the largest increase was between January and February, which was $15,000.

April 2023 median home price was $175,000, which was a $21,000 increase from March. The second largest increase that year behind the increase between May and June, which saw a $23,000. Prices typically fall during the winter months and increase each spring. Last year’s peak came in June at $193,000. Experts noted that the 2024 market will be great for buyers and sellers, adding that Ohio home prices will continue to rise until the supply-demand dynamic changes.
