Share on email Even in a hyper-polarized environment, 40% of American businesses are perceived as being nonpartisan, the latest Axios/Harris Poll 100 survey finds.Companies like Procter & Gamble, UPS and BP have been able to stay top of mind for consumers, without wading into hot-button issues or cultural controversies.), General Motors, Novo Nordisk, Procter & Gamble, Sony and UPS — have maintained "good" reputation scores while also keeping a partisan split of 0.9 or below.

41 companies on this year's list of 100 were viewed as left-leaning, while just 19 were seen as right-leaning.Companies are increasingly coming under fire for commenting on social or geopolitical issues that do not relate to their business operations.all commented, made pledges or donated to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives following the murder of George Floyd in 2020.
