Oil tycoon Rod Lewis is selling his two-story penthouse in downtown San Antonio with sweeping views of Hill Country for $3.3 million.

An oil tycoon’s two-story penthouse in downtown San Antonio has hit the market with sweeping views of the Hill Country — and a $3.3 million price tag. The 3,850-square-foot duplex comes with two bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and balconies on both floors, according to the listing from Haley Rodriguez of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty. Built in 2020, the condo is located at 123 Lexington Ave.

The “dramatic and moody” first floor hosts the main and guest bedrooms and a balcony, while the second floor is home to “the expansive primary retreat,” a lounge, a study surrounded by glass walls and a balcony atop the high-rise. It also comes with a privately gated three-car garage — although, you might not need it with the around-the-clock valet service.
