Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski poses with former Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar at minicamp, June 8, 2023, in Berea.CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Former Browns star quarterback Bernie Kosar has sued the owner of a digital media company, accusing him of wrongfully firing him and forcing him to place the bet that ultimately cost Kosar his radio job with the Browns last year.

Cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer reached out to attorneys for Kosar, as well as Myles and BIGPLAY, for comment. The lawsuit said Kosar reached out to BIGPLAY multiple times to ask about scheduling his public appearances during the offseason, but no one from the company responded. Then Myles began trying to force Kosar to attend events during the NFL season, which the lawsuit says is counter to the agreement.
