The property of a restaurant and bar on Broadway Street is up for sale after over 90 years of being owned by the same family.

The property, located near the University of Incarnate Word, was home to the first Broadway Bank in San Antonio.“After over 90 years and multiple generations of ownership, the Montanio family has made the decision to sell their iconic corner of Alamo Heights. The Montanio family looks fondly at the mark their family has made on Alamo Heights and looks forward to seeing what future legacies will be built under new ownership,” said Montanio.
