One person is in custody and investigators are still looking for a second suspect after a shooting injured three people in the parking lot of a flea market.

Deputies with the Travis County Sheriff's Office responded to the market after multiple gunshots were heard in the parking lot. After interviewing several witnesses, deputies identified the suspect as 55-year-oldAn affidavit obtained by KVUE alleges Saucedo-Rodriguez was involved in an altercation between two families inside the flea market, possibly over someone's ex-girlfriend.

According to the affidavit, Saucedo-Rodriguez was spotted walking to his black Toyota pickup truck to retrieve a pistol, before allegedly waiting in the parking lot to confront the victims. Police said that's when Saucedo-Rodriguez opened fire, hitting three people. Saucedo-Rodriguez was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and remains in Travis County Jail on a $50,000 bond. Meanwhile, deputies are still searching for a second suspect, identified as 30-year-old Luis Felipe Saucedo-Rojas. Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff's office at 512-854-1444 or Crime Stoppers at 512-472-8477.Sylvia Rodriguez, a bartender at the VFW post near the market, said she wants to see changes after the shooting.
