Cuyahoga County's May home prices show steady increase into the summer.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The median Cuyahoga County home price hit its highest point of the year in May, and surpassed the price around the same time last year.

This showed the steady rise in home prices since the beginning of the year, with the largest jump being from March to April, which was a $13,600 increase. With the summer just beginning, prices will likely continue to climb. Last June saw the highest median home price of the year at $193,000.
