Meet the winners of the inaugural Chispa Awards for D-FW Hispanic food industry workers

These awards recognize the best of Hispanic restaurant industry workers in D-FW.

Adan Ventura, Lydia Gonzalez, Dulce Beltran and Joel Almanza hold their awards at the Noche Española event at Urban Grill in Dallas, to present the Chispa Awards 2024 winners.

“It was great to return to the land where I learned this craft and beat Spanish and international paelleros.
