The property at 1018 North Crescent Drive is officially for sale in the Beverly Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, and the owner is asking almost $17 million for it. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate sits on just over half an acre of land. It was originally built in 1950, according to Sotheby’s International Realty.
