The estate's surplus earnings in the 2021/22 financial year were £23 million ; in 2022/23, it earned £24 million ; and 2023/24, it saw a £23.6 million surplus. The report states that there was a fall in surplus generated in 2020/21 because their"tenants and their businesses struggled with the pandemic".
