The doughnut store chain said it had net income of $52.3 million, or 63 cents a share, in the quarter , up from $50.2 million, or 57 cents a share, in the year-earlier period. Adjusted per-share earnings came to 67 cents, ahead of the 62 cents FactSet consensus. Revenue rose to $319.1 million from $301.3 million, ahead of the $313 million FactSet consensus. Same-store sales rose 2.
