The management of Dawanau International Grains Market in Dawakin Toda Local Government Area of Kano State has taken a robust step to secure the market by engaging over 800 additional security personnel.

The Kano judiciary, yesterday, disclosed that it had launched an investigation to track and account for property vandalised and looted by hoodlums on August 1 during the national hunger protest in the state. The management of Jesenem Iron and Steel Ltd has petitioned Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Inspector General of Police Kayode Egbetokun over alleged unlawful demolition of its property, intimidation, and threat to life by some officials of the Lagos State government.
