The plea comes after a school in Kraaipan, in the North West, was torched by residents last week over what they say is poor service delivery by government.peacefully. “We want to take the opportunity as the IEC to say the opportunity for civil protest is gone. We now need to create an environment where voters can vote in peaceful circumstances and we want to urge community leaders to come to the party with respect to that. We also call upon law enforcement agencies to take action when laws are being transgressed.”
