JOHOR BARU: Collaboration with the high-tech manufacturing industry is key to unlocking more high-income job opportunities for locals, says Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi.
"I am impressed and pleased to be informed that 80% of the 1,444 skilled workers at the company are Malaysians, especially from Johor. "High-tech manufacturing industry collaborations like this are key to unlocking more high-income job opportunities, especially for graduates from Johor," he said in a statement on Facebook.
He added that the implementation of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone is also expected to drive the state's economic growth.
