Stocks open higher as markets await Jerome Powell's speech

And I just want to show you and point out this is called a bearish engulfing pattern because this big red candle here is engulfing the prior day range.You look at the Dow, that story remains Brussel 2000 not so much.It was probably overdone to the upside, but things settled down very quickly.It's not a huge amount, but it's something that we want to keep in mind.So let's move on to the action where we have tech and consumer discretionary.
