David Simon, Nina Jacobson, Mark Duplass and other producers say Georgia is off their location lists while its new abortion law is on the books.

Mark Duplass says his production company will not film in Georgia because of the state's new abortion law. refusal to consider filming in GeorgiaThe law, signed Tuesday by Gov. Brian Kemp and effective Jan. 1, 2020, prohibits an abortion in the presence of a fetal heartbeat, which can happen as early as six weeks into a pregnancy. It still allows abortions in the case of rape or incest, if a police report is filed, or if the life of the pregnant woman is threatened.

Don’t give your business to Georgia. Will you pledge with me not to film anything in Georgia until they reverse this backwards legislation?

Who gives a crap what a bunch of elitist say or do?

And, I care why?

Who?

Who cares ?

Thanks for doxxing them.

Can you tell them to go worship their pagan God of child murder somewhere else?

I'm a proud SAG member. Bring more production back to California, New Mexico, etc, there are so many other states deserving of Hollywood's business. boycottgeorgia

The left is a bunch of pussies. Total adherence to our social and political views or boycott, destroy. The funny part is that GA’s Bill is in line with majority of Americans view on the issue, whether you agree or not

Georgia is going to trade babies' lives for a few Hollywood dollars?

Good

Abortions and cockfights, conscious n/a.

How dare Georgians not want to murder babies. People like these hollywooders are sick. This is the same mindset that made the KKK and slavery once thrive . It is amazingly simple to avoid a pregnancy.

They prefer to work where adrenochrome is more readily available.

Most don’t care about Hollywood movies or their $ most folks cherish god and family & without babies we have no families HollywoodSucks MAGA❤️👌🇵🇷🇺🇸

So they just outed themselves as proud unborn baby-killers. Now we can boycott their work product. 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻🇺🇸

Interesting that u list Simon first despite Nina Jacobsen having a much more significant current resume and potential impact on the situation. Hmmm.

K cool

I deal with film finance and tax credits for a living. The industry can’t afford to not do business with Georgia.

Ok. Bye.

In complete support of this!!!

David Simon ninajacobson & MarkDuplass? I’m sure no one will miss them, nor does anyone care.

Hit them in the pocket book!

Never heard of these folks and isn’t Atlanta the child sex trafficking capitol of the United States?

Why such contradiction in law

Oh the hubris of these people who think they can legislate from the casting couch

I'm Georgia will get over it.

Thank you

Jeffreyaasen5 Good. And now go airlift every woman out of there.

SullivanMonty Bravo.

Cost to shoot in Georgia will go down, causing more shoots to take place there.

It is unconditional and does not have to be followed.

GOD BLESS GEORGIA!

Is that all it takes to keep them away?

America is a big place. Also, I have never heard of these people

With household names like that, I’m sure they’re calling the legislature back together as we speak.

That sweet, sweet Georgia-Hollywood connection

Who? I’ve never heard of these people before...

No one cares

Cool...keep Georgia as a red state!

David Simon, Nina Jacobson, Mark Duplass and other producers say Georgia is off their location lists while its new abortion law is on the books. But the more salient question is why haven't we heard similar statements for other titans of industry?

Cool, nobody cares
