andykessler Also remember your degree does not guarantee anything. It just gives you a better starting point. After you graduate, the hard work is just starting. It may takes years of grinding to get where you want to be. Graduating does not guarantee success, hard work and dedication does.

andykessler And don't think you own the world because you have an MBA or whatever, you don't and still have a LOT to learn before you are efficient and professional. Take it from someone who has fired many MBAs. Experience takes time.
