Engineered Cooling Services started "Operation Air Drop" earlier this week, delivering supplies to some of the hardest-hit areas affected by Hurricane Helene.Loads of supplies have landed in the Carolinas from Pensacola, from baby wipes and formula to socks and sleeping bags.

COO Drew Adams says our community knows all too well how the outside support helps in times like these. Operation Air Drop will continue on through the weekend with even more supplies like dog food, after hearing reports that many pets may never return home."It's sad to see they're talking about over 20,000 cats and dogs being displaced," said Jay Saiter, chief pilot. "They're actually being flown to Missouri and other states so they can be re-familied, because they can't find who they belong to. It's just a mess.
