A Jefferson County judge has ruled that a notorious Birmingham towing company must provide the opposing counsel with documentation intended to prove predatory behavior against multiple drivers over the course of a decade.

A tow truck from Parking Enforcement Systems is about ready to pull a car from a private lot in Birmingham's 5 Points South area on Sept. 28, 2024.

This comes after months of the company, Parking Enforcement Systems , requesting additional time to provide information to Alabama Car Lawyer Mike Parrish on behalf of plaintiff Terry White.
