Despite Trump's victory and anti-wind rhetoric, the U.S. onshore wind market remains robust, with Germany-based Nordex confident in continued growth.

Despite Donald Trump’s victory in the U.S. presidential election, America’s onshore wind will remain a key and “large enough” market, according to Germany-based wind turbine manufacturer Nordex. “We expect the fundamental growth drivers for onshore wind to remain intact over the long term as current developments, such as the boom in artificial intelligence, are expected to further increase demand for energy,” Nordex told Reuters when asked to comment on the U.S. election result.
