The vice-president of communications for the Winnipeg Jets says the team is investigating after pictures were posted to Twitter last week of a South African security team bearing the same logo as the hockey club on its uniforms.

Jeremy Shields posted the pictures on Twitter on May 27, with the caption “Hey #NHL Jets did you know your logo is being used by a South African security company? Thought you might want to know.”Thought you may want to know. The first photo is a close-up of the sleeve featuring the Jets logo and, if that wasn’t blatant enough, the words “Jet Enterprises” framing the top.
