The global health care company received a perfect score in the Disclosure & Assurance subdimension, a good financial stability mark and a very high innovation capacity, granting it the top spot among governance scores. It also scored highly in the social score section, thanks to its performance in the Equity and Employee subdimensions. Its nonexistent gender pay gap, high score from the Human Rights Campaign and relatively low employee turnover were notable.
