The Makati City Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO) shutdown a food delivery business in Makati City on Monday afternoon.

Based on the findings of BPLO, the 6789 CWJC Kitchenette was violating sanitation standards and operating without a valid permit.

Around 2 p.m., BPLO inspectors padlocked Units 4, 5 & 6 located at Fernando corner J. Victor St. in Barangay Pio del Pilar, Makati City.Since January 2019, the local government closed 55 errant businesses for violating the city’s Revenue Code, the Sanitation Code of the Philippines, and other ordinances and national laws.

The continuing crackdown has been ordered by Mayor Abigail Binay to “restore order and discipline in Makati” and protect the interest of legitimate businesses.Related Posts
