South Africa’s hopes of a first medal at theThe defending 200 metres butterfly world champion finished second in his semi-final and qualified fifth fastest for Wednesday’s final.Milak was more than two seconds faster than anyone else in the semi-finals, clocking 1:55.96 seconds.
