Kuba claimed that she attempted multiple times to bring her concerns to Disney management, beginning in 2013, and that the company’s internal audit group contacted her once in 2016 but did not follow up.
In August 2017, Kuba filed her first whistleblower report with the SEC, and she was fired from Disney a month later.
