How many executives has Ford gone through recently. A lot. Musk is the longest serving CEO in the car industry.

Perhaps it is a natural process of the selection of the best to fit the purpose of the Company. Why is it assumed that C-level are _all_ incredibly bright and can make advancements just anywhere they would work? Do a follow-up on 'em in 5 years to check on hopping habits.
