How old is this guy? I suppose he is a graduate of Wharton or Harvard and by virtue of his graduating was awarded the job of Chief Financial Officer. Yes he ought to be replaced and does the CEO and anyone who thought this young punk should have such a responsible job.

This entire merger has been a catastrophe. Poorly decided, poorly managed and poorly executed. Stockholders need to force major management changes and changing CFO is just the beginning. There must be accountability for this fiasco. Immediately!
