SINGAPORE: The Singapore Civil Defence Force has fined the Qualified Person for the development of ICON@International Business Park , after the discovery of non-compliant cladding on the building's facade.

Last March, the building's owner conducted a burn test on the composite panels to check that they were compliant with fire safety requirements. The panels failed the test.
