McKinsey & Co. under investigation for work advising bankrupt companies, reports say GlobePolitics

Jay Alix, the wealthy founder of restructuring giant AlixPartners, has spent the past three years pursuing McKinsey & Co., including Mr. Barton, in courts throughout the United States. Daniel Lemisch, a lawyer for Mr. Alix, said he believes it’s likely the court will subpoena Mr. Barton. The case goes to trial in February 2020.
