PETROLIAM Nasional Bhd subsidiary, Petronas Petróleo Brasil Ltda today announced the completion of acquisition of 50% equity in the Tartaruga Verde producing field and Module III of the Espadarte field , both located in the deep waters of Campos Basin, offshore Brazil. PPBL signed a sales and purchase agreement with Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. , Brazil’s petroleum multinational corporation on April 25, 2019. Petrobras, which is the operator, holds the remaining 50% equity.
