Fox Business Network host Lou Dobbs has extended his winning streak over rival business network CNBC to 100 weeks

NEW YORK, NY - DECEMBER 13: Lou Dobbs hosts"Lou Dobbs Tonight" at Fox Business Network Studios on, with his 7 p.m. ET showdelivering an average total audience of 401,000 viewers—well ahead of CNBC’s 166,000.has held the title of highest-rated show in all of business television for a solid 57 straight weeks, though the host himself refuses to take credit for his high ratings. I’ve got the best production team and President Trump keeps making news and history,” Dobbs told me by email.

For his part, the president has been effusive in his praise for Dobbs, who ranks as one of Mr. Trump’s cable news favorites: Dobbs has been outspoken in his support of the president’s policies on immigration, and he has called the impeachment a “fraud” and a “tragic farce.” In January, Dobbs criticized Republicans for not doing a better job of supporting Trump, suggesting to do so was an “obligation.”

“It is a shame that this country which...is benefiting so much from this president's leadership does not understand their obligations to a leader who is making this —making it possible for all of us,” Dobbs said.
