Walt Disney on March 12 announced the closure of its theme parks in Florida, California and Paris beginning March 16 through the end of the month. Disney Cruise Line said on March 14 it will suspend new departures beginning March 14 through April 12. The National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball and the National Hockey League have suspended their sporting events.
