COVID-19: Chinese company allegedly locks up Nigerians in Ogun factory despite Buhari’s order [VIDEO]

President Muhammadu Buhari had on Monday extended the lockdown in Abuja, Lagos and Ogun States because of the continuous spread of Coronavirus in the country.

In a video of the incident making the rounds on social media, the angry workers of the unidentified Chinese company could be seen protesting their forced ‘detention’ inside the factory located at the Ibese area of Ogun State by destroying items within the company. The Police Public Relations Officer in the State, Abimbola Oyeyemi, speaking on the development, said it was an issue between the company and its workers.

The police PRO said, “Nobody is attacking anyone. What happened was a dispute between the workers and the management of that company. “The workers said since the lockdown started, the management of the company did not allow them to go out of the company; that they locked them inside. So that was what sparked the protest.View this post on Instagram

This is madness

Oh, God bless our Sani Abacha , During his reign this shit no go even dream to happen😯

ALL NIGERIAN WORKERS SHOULD RESIGN AT THE SAME TIME, AFTER COLLECTING THE MONTH'S SALARY AND LET NO ONE APPLY TO THE COMPANIES UNTIL THEY ARE READY TO BE HUMAN BEINGS. WHEN ONE DOOR IS CLOSED MANY MORE DOORS ARE OPENED

We're still slaves to these guys because of one thing, just one thing; GREED. If we soft-pedal on Greed we'll be surprised at our speed of growth

I have more than 8 people working with them. They treat our people like slaves in Ogun State. We are in serious trouble in our land. Our leaders don't care about their people.
