Kickstarting PSG’s free webinar series – Think Big- Jacques Pauw addressed a subject of furious debate this week: the ban on tobacco products. Pauw told viewers the lockdown is only part of the reason the illegal cigarette trade in South Africa is thriving.

Pauw said the criminal tobacco networks are flourishing because they haven’t been brought to book, and not just during lockdown.
