Meat packing plants. Thousands of their workers have tested positive. How many ppl n turn did they infect? Can those ppl $ue them? The plant$? The politician$?

Awwww, McConnellPress Team_Mitch senatemajldr there goes that bill, you so ignorantly want. Sucks huh?

We are doomed.

Wait till the ambulance chasers realize 50K+ folks die annually from the common flu! They’re coming out folks, guns blazin’!

Well....some companies DID. Others, not. THAT is why the U.S. does have Civil Courts. It isn’t really some new news. The question may arise, will OSHA become involved with such detail in the workplace?

Another payday for lawyers and malcontents.

Government should pass law saying there can be no lawsuits.

What babies

Companies need to be sued in order for them to act without being forced to protect their employees health in the future. If they are immune, then mega employers like Amazon warehouse can do bare minimum next time we have a pandemic. Employees will die while Elites get rich.

Is anybody suing the Fed govt for failing to act?

People will sue for any reason. How do they really know where they got it anyway? Keep the world closed forever because US is becoming the land of the SCARED? Sue China & the WHO for not overseeing biolab.

America is exceptionally litigious... we think it’s McD’s fault when we spill hot coffee in our lap, or get liver damage from massive doses of acetaminophen despite printed warnings. So the bar needs to be set fairly, but high, on these cases or we’ll invite a litigation tsunami.

Most companies facilities are just dens of germs. They were in prior & during. Too many standards that were proven have been abandoned via game changers. Managers live with their parents. They bring that sheltered culture to work. Where the buck stops at is only concerned with $.

People enjoy free money..when offended, hire an Attorney.

Was wondering when this kind of thing would start. For the companies out there who openly defied what local leaders where trying to do to control the outbreak (maybe Tesla?), a lawsuit is deserved.

Yup there goes the economy...why would anyone run a business when you are responsible for people who get sick away from their job.

Duh

This is so wrong!

I have instructed my family to sue the hell out of my employer if I die. They made us go back when there is no need. We’ve been working from home just fine. Been very productive.

Many companies lie constantly with statements to the public being nothing more than lip-service.

Good...now lets see some lawsuits against CDC, Quacks Fauci, Birx, NIH, for wrecking the economy and putting 10s of Millions out of work over the flu...

If an employer acts like replouiegohmert, of course it deserves to be sued.

employers lie lie and lie.

I tell you. I walked into some businesses and I was like, where is the protection.

If some employers are a bit lax in protecting their people now, just wait until Trump, Mnuchin ('like one of the family'), and Mitch succeed in eliminating the threat of lawsuits. Some will continue to do the right thing, I'm sure, but many others won't.

Plaintiff attorneys gots to eat too........Not enough car wrecks lately.

Oh joy!!!

Human greed and opportunism at play!
