The complex, situated at the popular Sunday market, in Ogba, was commissioned, recently, with many dignitaries in attendance.

In compliance with the megacity plan for Lagos, the national leader of All Progressive Party , Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has commissioned the Ogba Multipurpose Shopping Complex, an ultra-modern edifice named after his mother, Alhaji Abibatu Mogaji.

Speaking during the commissioning, Tinubu, represented by APC Women Leader, Kemi Nelson, commended House of Representatives member, Abiodun Faleke, who was the first Chairman, Ojodu Local Development Area, for leaving a culture of service, which is being replicated by the current Executive Chairman, Ojodu LCDA, Engineer Julius Oloro.’’The chairman, Ojodu LCDA, Engr.

The new shopping complex which cost about N3.5 billion occupies 6,000sqm of built-up area and 7,500sqm demountable partition of saleable space. It is a five-floor design. The first three floors are shops for assorted trading such as electronic, grocery stores, clothing, supermarket, fashion designing/tailoring etc. While the last two floors are multipurpose hall for events, eateries and business. The project was financed by Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank Plc.
