And he's out there and say he has three streets left at four o'clock, which is when my office hits eight hours for a day; they are instructed by upper management to just bring the mail back, which is not something we've ever done.

We can't identify all of our officers off the actions of a few because there's many law enforcement officers that still want to keep our streets safe and want to protect and serve.
