The Director-General, Securities and Exchange Commission, Lamido Yuguda, has said the new leadership of the commission will make capital market transactions simpler.

Yuguda, while briefing journalists on the outcome of first virtual Capital Market Committee meeting on Friday in Lagos, said making transactions simpler and guaranteeing investors’ protection would make the stock market attractive for investment.
