As part of efforts to ensure Ogun State maintains its leading position among the nation’s industrial hubs, the state government said it would continue to implement various business-friendly policies t

o improve the ease of doing business in the state.

The State Commissioner for Industry, Trade and Investment, Kikelomo Longe, said this during an industrial tour at Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company, Rite Foods Limited. Longe said the Abiodun-led administration had been addressing the various challenges facing businesses in the state through its various policies and implementation of different infrastructural projects.

She said the administration birthed different agencies namely the Ogun State Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency, the Ogun State Public Works Agency, the Ogun State Enterprise Development Agency as well as the inauguration of the Ogun State Business Environment Council. According to her, the efforts of the agencies were already yielding positive results as there were multi-million dollar investments about to be commissioned while many more investors had shown serious interest in setting up factories in the state.All rights reserved.
