Taiwan, as one of the top six plastics and rubber machinery exporting countries in the world, is recognised for providing high-quality products with refined technology and consistentThe new smart machines were unveiled during the Taiwan Excellence Plastic & Rubber Machinery Online Press Conference 2020,” organised by the Bureau of Foreign Trade , MOEA, Taiwan, R.O.C., and the Taiwan External Trade Development Council , in conjunction with the Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry .

He added that Taiwan is also continuing to accelerate the creation of all-electric injection molding machines with good environmental performance, featuring low noise, low vibration, power saving, cooling water saving and running cost savings, to become the best partner of the global manufacturing industry with environmentally friendly smart machinery.

Mr. Charles Wei of Fong Kee International Machinery Co., Ltd. introduced their “Intelligent All-Electric Three Layer Blow Molding Machine-Industry 4.0.” He emphasised that the model is environmentally friendly. “Specifically, it decreases average power consumption by 18 per cent, Specific Energy Index by 22 per cent, Noise Levels by 20db and CO2 emissions by 42.4 per cent, while increasing the production rate by 13.3 per cent.
