Joe Biden's campaign says it received record-breaking donations after his debate with Trump

Kate Bedingfield, Biden's director of communications and deputy campaign manager, told reporters on a conference call following the debate that their campaign raised $3.8 million between 10pm and 11pm via the Democratic fundraising website, Act Blue,
