Eric Trump says his father 'has lost a fortune' running for president in response to NYT reports on Trump's taxes

that revealed how an array of favor-seeking corporations and foreign governments patronized Trump properties, Trump said on Sunday that his father has not profited off of his presidency."Every single day...they've dropped some story that they've been sitting on for literally the last six months or year or two years, to try and influence the election," he said.

"We've lost a fortune," said Eric Trump, an executive vice president at the Trump Organization. "My father lost a fortune running for president. He doesn't care. He wanted to do what was right. The last thing I can tell you Donald Trump needs in the world is this job." detailed how President Trump turned "his own hotels and resorts into the Beltway's new back rooms, where public and private business mix and special interests reign.

The article also revealed that "just 60 customers with interests at stake before the Trump administration brought his family business nearly $12 million during the first two years of his presidency," adding that, "almost all saw their interests advanced, in some fashion, by Mr. Trump or his government."Eric Trump then questioned the timing of the report and attacked the credibility of The New York Times.

"We're a hospitality company," he said. "We've got tens of millions of people staying at our properties every single year. The New York Times is absolute fake news. All they want to do is take down my father." He added: "Every single day, every single day, literally starting the morning of the debate, they've dropped some story that they've been sitting on for literally the last six months or year or two years, to try and influence the election." as reported by The New York Times in late September"If you own buildings, if you own real estate, you carry some debt," he said. "That's what developers do, that's what business owners do, they carry some debt...

Sense. Broke Back. Prison.

He hasn’t had a fortune for a long time. He didn’t lose anything.

really? and what about the $1 billion in cash that was given to him by Saudi Arabia and the UAE? that doesn't count? or cause it was not disclosed you think we don't know?

He’s lost a fortune on most ventures he has undertaken. He’s not a businessman like many people think. He’s a fast talking salesperson who is only good at selling one thing. . . Donny Trump.

How much of his salary did Obama donate while in office?

That sounds like trump~~lost a fortune. I could start a multimillion dollar business with the money donald paid a couple of PORN stars not to talk about something so sick, twisted and disgusting that he'd pay a quarter million dollars between two porn stars not to talk about.

time trumps $

According to Trump's taxes, Trump is a loser ... of money.

Next train stop for Trump is prison

How tragic

As a consequence, not some kind of forethought. Plan to cash in on presidency proving to be epic FAIL.

It is funny, but not funny though.

I think it would be more accurate to say that trump lost a fortune then ran for President so that now he can hide from his creditors and have the taxpayer fund his lifestyle and some of his businesses

I hear a very very tiny violin playing...

Which, ironically, supports the perception that Trump is desperate to be re-elected because he is broke. Thanks for the confirmation, Eric!

He also said that his father got “a vaccine” for his COVID.
